Learning to Communicate with Your Cleaning Service
Hi. My name’s Molly Lang. I’m in my mid-forties and am still learning how to develop confidence in some areas. One such area is learning to communicate with people when I’m not happy with a service that’s been provided. I’m rather obsessive compulsive, some say I have OCD. When it comes to my home, I like to have it cleaned a certain way. I also like things put back exactly where I had them. I had cleaning services come clean during the day while I was at work only to come home to spend hours moving things back to where I wanted them. Along with the extra work, I was upset… anxious even. I didn't want to be mean and tell them that I wanted things done a certain way. Thankfully that has changed. I've learned the importance of communicating, and I want to share how I accomplished this.
